INGREDIENTS:
- Champagne/Prosecco (Vin pétillant italien);
- Grand Marnier;
- Jus d'orange;
- Sucre ou sirop d'agave;
- Noix de muscade;
- Zest de Citron (option).
INSTRUCTIONS:
Versez 3 cuillères à soupe de jus d'orange, une cuillère à café de sucre et deux cuillère à café de Grand Marnier dans une flûte à champagne.
Mélangez jusqu'à dissolution du sucre. Ensuite, ajoutez le Champagne/Prosecco jusqu'à ce que la flûte soit pleine. Mélangez doucement.
A côté, râpez la noix de muscade et le citron pour en obtenir le zest. Saupoudrez le tout sur votre cocktail.

Note: Ce cocktail est également excellent seulement saupoudrer de noix de muscade.
Sparkling Sunset
I named this cocktail the sparkling sunset because of its warm orange color that reminds me a beautiful sunset.
INGREDIENTS:
- Champagne/Prosecco;
- Grand Marnier;
- Orange Juice;
- Sugar;
- Nutmeg;
- Lemon Zest (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
In the Champagne flute, add: a shot of orange juice, a tea spoon (or to taste) of sugar and two tea spoons of Grand Marnier.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Then, add the Champagne/Prosecco until flute is full. Stir once again, very gently.
On a clean surface, mix in the nutmeg powder and lemon zest. Sprinkle the mixture (or nutmeg only) over the drink.
